KronoLife Co., Ltd., a deep-tech startup affiliated with Thailand's National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), signed memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with two business partners, Avaya International Co., Ltd. and VISBIO Co., Ltd., on 5 November 2025 at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel in Bangkok. The signing took place during The 9th Thailand International Nanotechnology Conference (NanoThailand 2025). Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai, Director of NSTDA's National Nanotechnology Center, opened the event.
MOU 1: the THÉVASE brand
Dr. Tawin Iempridee, CEO, CTO and Co-Founder of KronoLife, signed with the two Managing Directors of Avaya International Co., Ltd. to commercialise ReverZase Regenerate Cream under the co-brand THÉVASE and market it in Thailand and abroad.
ReverZase is an active the research team developed from a Thai herb, the Thai spider lily, and is KronoLife's flagship innovation. Research on ReverZase targets core hallmarks of aging: senescent cells, age-related inflammation, mitochondrial function and DNA damage. Products built on ReverZase have won a Bronze Medal at the 49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva and 1st Runner-up at CIB2024.
MGR Online reported that Avaya International plans to launch THÉVASE by first educating consumers about longevity, with Dr. Tawin, and to sell online and offline, including through leading pharmacies, starting with ReverZase Regenerate Cream.
MOU 2: a certification mark for longevity products
KronoLife also signed with Dr. Wuttipong Panitsettakorn, Managing Director and Co-Founder of VISBIO Co., Ltd., a testing laboratory for plants, herbs, extracts, cosmetics and supplements, to develop a certification mark for longevity products, reported as the first in Thailand. The mark aims to confirm the efficacy and credibility of longevity products.
Why KronoLife markets its own innovation
Dr. Tawin explained at the event that deep-tech research licensed out to companies is often hard to communicate to consumers. KronoLife therefore chose to commercialise its innovation itself, with partners, as the technology owner that can tell the story from laboratory results and clinical results through to the finished product.
The event also featured a panel, "Innovating Longevity: Breaking Barriers, Defining Global Standards for the Future Economy", on deep-tech development, commercialisation and standards for the longevity industry.
